Refund policy

Please note that due to the nature of our fulfillment and logistical operations, all sales at Election Ready Community are final. This policy helps us maintain our efficiency and keep our prices fair for all customers. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, we will honor returns due to receiving incorrect sizing from what was ordered. All items will be exchanged for the same exact item in the same color. You will be responsible for shipping your exchange back to us. We at Election Ready Community will cover the cost of shipping out your new item back to you.

We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen by the customer, change of heart on color, etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you are unsure before purchasing.

Additionally, we stand behind the quality of our products. While all sales are final, we do make exceptions for defective items. If you receive a product that is defective please contact us at support@electionreadycommunity.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange process. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your communication, and attach a photo of the defect. Our customer service team will review your claim, guide you through the steps to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
